Keeping important family documents organized and up-to-date may not always be at the top of your mind.  But doing so can help save your loved ones time and stress following your death or disability and help ensure that your assets are allocated according to your wishes.  Morever, even having all important details at your own fingertips will surely come in handy.

We can't complete this task for you, but we'd like to make your efforts much easier.

Please peruse the attachment, entitled The Facts of Your Life Journal.  This helpful document will give you one central location for all of your vital information.  Complete a section of it, save it, then work on another portion later.  It can also be modified in the future.

Be sure to electronically file it in a secure location.

Please call our office if you have any questions or need any help with investment accounts or insurance policies.

We hope this tool will be helpful as you set out to organize The Facts of Your Life.
